San Antonio Spurs restricted free-agent guard Bryn Forbes has agreed to a two-year deal to return to the Spurs, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

Forbes, 24, has emerged as a rotational guard for the Spurs, providing floor-spacing in the backcourt. Forbes went undrafted in 2016 out of Michigan State, but the Spurs’ front office targeted him to return to the team this offseason.

Forbes played 80 games for San Antonio last season, averaging 6.9 points and 19 minutes per game and shooting 39 percent from 3-point range.
