Someone Just Bought Leonardo DiCaprio's N.Y.C. Apartment for a Bargain

In the latest Leonardo DiCaprio news, the handsome actor recently sold his Greenwich Village apartment for $8 million--$2 million less than what he bought it for back in 2014, according to The Real Deal.

The condo is located on 11th Street in the Village, right in between Washington Square Park and Union Square, an ideal location for getting around the downtown area of Manhattan. Street Easy reports that DiCaprio originally purchased the condo in May of 2014 for $10 million, and listed it earlier this year for $14.5 million.

The 3,663 square foot, three-bedroom home was built to very specific instructions from DiCaprio to promote his own well-being and health, featuring, "a circadian lighting system, in-duct aromatherapy, a window box herbarium and enclosed juicing station, a walk-in steam shower with custom-designed light therapy system and hand-held shower set with vitamin-C infusion." You cannot make this stuff up.
