The Snowquester That Wasn't

Here's a handy little GIF via our favorite storm-hyping network, The Weather Channel, which basically explains why the Snowquester wasn't and will never be.

As you can see, as of this morning, the swirly part is heading into the ocean, rather than up the coast. That, of course, means more sad things for our precious already maligned beaches today. But, as this AccuWeather graphic, the snowfall forecast for NYC and Boston has decreased since Tuesday:

Mostly, this will present flooding and erosion issues.
