The Slinger Dog, BBQ Box and FarmTruk among Busch Stadium’s newest eats

ST. LOUIS – We’re just days away from this year’s St. Louis Cardinals home opener, and with that comes a new-look food experience at Busch Stadium.

Fans will have the opportunity to enjoy several new concession items, in addition to one new vendor for the 2024 season.

A hot dog with eggs, a meat-lovers BBQ box and a farm-styled assortment are among the newest foods you may notice at Busch Stadium this Cardinals season. Let’s take a closer look…

The Slinger Dog

This is an all-beef hot dog topped with fresh-made hash browns, taco meat and two sunny-side-up fried eggs. It weighs roughly one-third of a pound, and fans can complete it with a variety of fresh cold and hot toppings. You’ll find this near section 132.

Triple Play BBQ Box

This combo consists of a half-pound of house-smoked brisket, turkey and pulled pork topped with BBQ seasoning and BBQ sauce. It’s also served with fresh-baked corn bread loafs, potato salad and jalapeno garnish. You’ll find this near section 109.

FarmTruk

FarmTruk, a local farm-to-table food truck concept also available at CITYPARK, now has a stand at Busch Stadium. It’s located in Budweiser Terrace near Section 428.

Offerings include a Reuben Sandwich, Brisket Mac, Pork Belly Jalapeno Popper Sliders, Chicken Nachos and Gooey Butter Cake.

New Nachos

A few new nacho concepts are on deck. First, as previously mentioned, FarmTruk will offer an order of chicken nachos with queso, tomato salsa, pickled red onions and more.

Secondly, there’s an order of Supreme Nacho Fries. These are French fries topped with nacho cheese, taco meat, salsa, jalapenos and sour cream. You’ll find this near sections 101, 169, 233, 266 and 450.

Also, there’s an order of Wacho! Custard Nachos. This is a dessert-themed concept. It includes a layer of waffle chips with two scoops of Freddy’s custard, topped with chocolate, strawberry, crushed Oreos, sprinkles, whipped cream and a cherry. You’ll find this at the Dinger’s Donuts stand near section 151.

What else?

Big Chicken, which opened two stands in Busch Stadium last year, will now offer an option for customers to order four freshly-prepared, hand-dipped chicken tenders with chicken seasoning. You’ll find these near sections 135 and 458.

Freddy’s, which also opened a stand last year, will now offer a chicken bacon and swiss sandwich. You’ll find this near section 432.

Farmer’s Fridge will offer new vending machines for fresh salads and sandwiches. These options will be available at the Schnucks Grab N Go Market near Section 158 and inside the Redbird Club.
