A marg a day won’t keep the doctor away.

Bethenny Frankel has had to shelve hard liquor — despite the Skinnygirl Margarita having helped launch the “Real Housewives of New York City” alum and entrepreneur into stardom.

“I stopped drinking hard alcohol,” Frankel, 52, said on the newest episode of the “People Every Day” podcast, citing “some medical issues.”

“I just drink the occasional wine,” said Frankel, who has hads uterine fibroid tumors removed and earlier this year had a health scare after consuming fish, to which she is “deathly allergic.”

Frankel told the podcast that she’s trying to get “to the bottom of some medical challenges I’ve experienced.”

Limiting her alcohol consumption to wine though has its own silver lining as Frankel gears up to launch Forever Young wine next year. She announced in June 2021 that she would once again work in alcoholic beverages.

News of Frankel’s pivot from the drink that made her a star comes as she tries to fan the flames of a rumored feud with herself and “Housewives” executive producer Andy Cohen. The “Watch What Happens Live” host reportedly said Frankel had been “trashing the show,” which is now the topic of her “‘Housewives’ recap podcast [’ReWives’].”

Frankel seemed to dispel rumors of beef with Cohen, though.

“I texted him when it came out, and he said, ‘Oh fun, I’m glad to see you embracing the ‘Housewives,’ which definitely is because I’ve said I’m glad that I’m not there, which I am, but they’re not mutually exclusive,” Frankel subsequently told “Today,” noting she and Cohen “totally are pals.”
