Six explosions and a fire after Russia attacks Kharkiv overnight, no word yet on casualties

A fire broke out in Kharkiv's Osnovyanskyi district following a Russian attack overnight on May 17, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported on Telegram.

Several explosions were heard, Terekhov said, adding that information about any casualties was still being determined.

There were six explosions in the city, Ukrainian outlet Suspilne reported on Telegram.
