Singapore's heat is a challenge, says F1's Lando Norris

STORY: "People don't realize how physical formula one is, it looks very simple, just drive a car around but it's a lot more difficult than that and very stressful on the neck and the core, on your legs and the endurance like, you're doing it for 2-hours consistently without making any mistakes. It is also very difficult," Norris said at a meet-and-greet with Lego and McLaren F1 in Singapore ahead of a night race at the weekend.

Events part of the Singapore Grand Prix will kick off Friday, after a pause of two years due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Red Bull's Max Verstappen is currently top of the leaderboard with 13 podium finishes and has a chance to cement his lead if he wins the Singapore street circuit and his rivals fall badly short.
