‘The Simpsons’ Fantasizes That Donald Trump Tells Off Putin, Gives Up Twitter, and Admits He’s a ‘Narcissistic Sociopath’

The Simpsons” just concocted a fantasy that’s too good to be true. In a new clip certain to go viral, Donald Trump has a moment of actual self-reflection. “I can’t live like this anymore,” he says, before launching into an actual confession: “I’m not 100 percent consistent,” he admits in “A Tale of Two Trumps,” which posted Friday evening.

In the clip, he looks at himself in a mirror, and goes on a bit of a confessional: “You cheat at golf, you cheat on your taxes, you cheat on your wives!” he screams to himself. “64 percent to 67 percent of the people hate you! You blame other people for everything! You fired the head of the FBI just because he’s taller than you. You hired Asian kids to take your test at Wharton and you never paid them! I’ll buckle down, get off Twitter and do a little reading.”

If that’s not far-fetched enough, “The Simpsons” also creates a scenario that will never happen: He criticizes Russian president Vladimir Putin: “Vladimir, you tiny bald facist! Leave this great country alone!” And he makes nice with Rosie O’Donnell, tell her over the phone, “I’m sorry and that she was great in the ‘Flintsones’ movie!

The video is extremely timely: Not only are the parody headlines on the newspapers littering Trump’s bed timely, but later the photos on the wall include Trump with Stormy Daniels, Trump holding his note card for discussing the Parkland, Fla., shootings (“I hear you”), and a mention of Cambridge Analytica.

“This will finally bring him down,” “The Simpsons” executive producer quipped on Twitter when sharing this latest video.

“The Simpsons” airs Sundays at 8 p.m. on Fox.
