Silva's Post-Camp Top 150

A few notes before we begin:

** These rankings are for standard leagues, with PPR references where necessary. The rankings were concocted in the precise order I would draft players. So for this Post-Camp Top 150, there have been some adjustments made based on ADP (Average Draft Position). I believe that if you adhere to this Top 150 without major deviation, you will maximize value in your fantasy draft.

** The biggest change from previous Top 150s is Jimmy Graham's lowered ranking. Graham remains my No. 2 overall player based on value, but for these rankings I placed Graham where I personally would draft him. So because his Average Draft Position is in the late second round and I want Graham on my team because he is a significant week-to-week difference maker and gives me an edge on my opponent, I still have him high enough to where I believe I can get him.

** Another large change is the lowering of Brandon Marshall's ranking. I dropped him from my second-ranked wide receiver to No. 7. My gut says Marshall will in all likelihood be okay, but I think there was already very little difference between Marshall, Dez Bryant, A.J. Green, Julio Jones, Demaryius Thomas, and Larry Fitzgerald. I'm going to err on the side of caution here and probably avoid the member of that group with the biggest red flag. Correspondingly, I bumped up Alshon Jeffery, who earned it anyway with a highly impressive preseason.

** This line of thinking is also why Arian Foster may appear to have an unusually low rank. I don't see much difference between Foster, C.J. Spiller, Doug Martin, Trent Richardson, LeSean McCoy, Jamaal Charles, and Ray Rice to begin with. Due to Foster's injury, workload, and Ben Tate timeshare red flags, however, I'm probably going to draft someone else. These guys are all tightly bunched.

** This is my Final Top 150 for the 2013 fantasy season. I'll begin writing my first fantasy Matchups column during the coming week. I hope you all have enjoyed these Top 150s and will benefit in your leagues. I know you'll benefit from Matchups. Be on the lookout.

1. Adrian Peterson -- Gunning for 2,500 yards. I'm never betting against him.
2. C.J. Spiller -- If he holds up on scheduled carries, can outscore Peterson.
3. Doug Martin -- "Safer" No. 2 overall pick, but lacks the upside of Spiller.
4. Trent Richardson -- Noticeably has more juice this year. Sky-high ceiling.
5. LeSean McCoy -- Best player in Chip Kelly's high-volume rushing attack.
6. Jamaal Charles -- Prefer him in PPR. Ups & downs under pass-first Reid.
7. Ray Rice -- Look for the 2013 Ravens to be a run-heavy, shot-play team.
8. Arian Foster -- Practicing fully, but more red flags than any 1st-round RB.
9. Calvin Johnson -- Fantasy's No. 1 overall WR in back-to-back seasons.
10. Alfred Morris -- Helu isn't a threat. Morris locked into another 300 carries.
11. Matt Forte -- Trestman will get him in space. Set up for career-best year.
12. Stevan Ridley -- Has chance to be centerpiece of Pats revised offense.

13. Jimmy Graham -- Based strictly on positional value, No. 2 overall player.
14. Marshawn Lynch -- Worth pondering: Is Christine Michael better talent?

15. David Wilson -- Wilson will be a first-round pick in 2014 fantasy drafts.

16. Dez Bryant -- The most impressive NFL player I saw in the preseason.

17. A.J. Green -- Cream of the crop in an exciting young Cincinnati offense.
18. Julio Jones -- While S-Jax, Roddy, and Gonzalez age, Julio gets better.
19. Frank Gore -- Top-12 fantasy RB in consecutive years; dominant O-Line.
20. Demaryius Thomas -- The alpha receiver in Peyton Manning's offense.
21. Steven Jackson -- High TD ceiling, but still 30-year-old RB in passing O.
22. Larry Fitzgerald -- Lock for rebound year with better QB in pass-first O.
23. Brandon Marshall -- Hip woes drop Marshall from my 2nd to 7th WR.
24. Chris Johnson -- Better OL helps, but Shonn Greene vulture concerns.

25. Eddie Lacy -- Now legit every-down back. Double-digit TDs very doable.
26. Reggie Bush -- Will be in space all season long in pass-dominated O.
27. Maurice Jones-Drew -- I've warmed to MJD some after strong August.
28. Lamar Miller -- Breakout candidate with big-play run skills & versatility.
29. DeMarco Murray -- Overrated talent with O-Line & durability concerns.
30. Darren McFadden -- Love his ability, but Raiders O could be scary bad.
31. Rob Gronkowski -- I expect Gronkowski to miss three games at most.
32. Drew Brees -- Saints will remain shootout team, helping Brees' stats.
33. Aaron Rodgers -- Look for reduced attempts, but increased efficiency.
34. Cam Newton -- Top-5 fantasy QB in each of his first two NFL seasons.
35. Andre Johnson -- Lacks elite ceiling at 32, but bankable low-end WR1.
36. Danny Amendola -- Could lead NFL in receptions if he lasts 16 games.

37. Victor Cruz -- 26-year-old with consecutive top-13 fantasy WR finishes.
38. Vincent Jackson -- Last year's No. 7 fantasy WR can score more TDs.
39. Roddy White -- Going on 32, but top-10 fantasy WR five straight years.
40. Peyton Manning -- Broncos defensive losses will equal more shootouts.
41. Pierre Garcon -- Playing the Andre Johnson role in Kyle Shanahan's O.
42. Marques Colston -- No longer a sexy pick, but annual borderline WR1.
43. Vernon Davis -- Legit challenger to lead tight end field in touchdowns.
44. Darren Sproles -- Very consistent week to week due to pass-game role.
45. Randall Cobb -- PPR special could flirt with century mark in receptions.
46. Jordy Nelson -- Healthy now; Aaron Rodgers' best all-around receiver.
47. Reggie Wayne -- Remains go-to guy in Andrew Luck's passing attack.
48. Robert Griffin III -- 2012's top quarterback scorer through Thanksgiving.

49. Giovani Bernard -- Expect 14-17 touches per game.
50. Antonio Brown -- Favorite to lead PIT in catches/yds.
51. DeSean Jackson -- Focus of Chip Kelly's pass game.
52. Steve Smith -- Cam Newton's clear No. 1 receiver.
53. Tom Brady -- My No. 6 QB with upside for more.
54. Torrey Smith -- Won't struggle to register career highs the across board.
55. Eric Decker -- Will benefit statistically from decimated Broncos defense.
56. Chris Ivory -- Slow preseason making Ivory a value pick in fantasy drafts.
57. Dwayne Bowe -- Check-it-down Alex is likely to negatively impact Bowe.
58. Daryl Richardson -- Explosive RB has shot to run with Rams feature job.
59. Montee Ball -- Still frontrunner to be lead RB in Peyton Manning offense.
60. Shane Vereen -- Be nice if he hadn't been benched for preseason fumble.

61. Colin Kaepernick -- Has talent to lead all quarterbacks in fantasy points.
62. Ryan Mathews -- Hard to ignore how good he's looked in the preseason.
63. Tony Gonzalez -- Fantasy's most stable tight end after Jimmy Graham.
64. Wes Welker -- 90 catches, 1,000 yards, 5-7 TDs still well within reach.
65. Mike Wallace -- Likely to be boom-or-bust weekly scorer with Dolphins.
66. Matthew Stafford -- Lock to bounce back statistically after hard-luck '12.
67. Greg Jennings -- Value pick every-week WR3 with mid-eighth round ADP.
68. Hakeem Nicks -- Don't trust him to stay healthy. Let someone else draft.
69. Cecil Shorts -- Jaguars' clear No. 1 WR will benefit from catch-up mode.
70. Andrew Luck -- Luck will explode onto the fantasy scene this season.
71. Russell Wilson -- Locked-in QB1, but lacks upside of Kap/Stafford/Luck.
72. Matt Ryan -- Will lose some touchdowns due to improved rushing offense.

73. James Jones -- Still Aaron Rodgers' best pass option in scoring position.
74. T.Y. Hilton -- Colts seem intent on using T.Y. as No. 3 WR/punt returner.
75. Josh Gordon -- 2-game ban makes him value pick; has legit WR1 talent.
76. Jason Witten -- Consistent, high-volume TE doesn't find pay dirt enough.
77. Ahmad Bradshaw -- Ideal RB3/flex option in offense that'll move the ball.
78. Anquan Boldin -- Hard to imagine him significantly improving BAL stats.
79. Ben Tate -- Will be weekly flex option even if overworked Foster holds up.
80. Chris Givens -- Poised to lead Rams in receptions & receiving yardage.
81. DeAngelo Williams -- Not the player he was. Pedestrian RB3/flex option.
82. Golden Tate -- Has breakout WR2/3 potential in final year of his contract.
83. Jordan Cameron -- Expect hot start with Josh Gordon out until Week 3.
84. Tony Romo -- Last of the bankable QB1s. Has Dez, Witten, and Austin.

85. Stevie Johnson -- QB woes, Gailey gone, run-first coach. Rough situation.
86. Jermichael Finley -- Highest ceiling of mid-round TE group. Strong August.
87. Tavon Austin -- Incredible talent, but offensive role a mystery at this point.
88. Vincent Brown -- Still like Brown's chances of leading Bolts in receiving.
89. Michael Vick -- Highly volatile player could be top-10 QB, or get benched.
90. Greg Olsen -- Steady performer is Cam's No. 2 option behind Steve Smith.
91. Bernard Pierce -- RB1 if Ray Rice misses time; some standalone appeal.
92. Mike Williams -- Scores TDs, but hurts his owners in weeks he doesn't.
93. Michael Floyd -- Definite breakout candidate in receiver-friendly Arians O.
94. Rashard Mendenhall -- Destined to struggle in passing O behind weak OL.
95. Ryan Broyles -- Expected to open season as pass-happy Lions No. 3 WR.
96. Le'Veon Bell -- Optimism on injury. Could be every-week RB2 by October.

97. Isaiah Pead -- Daryl Richardson's job is not safe; Pead has more talent.
98. Miles Austin -- Run-of-mill WR3. Will be picked by conservative drafters.
99. Kenbrell Thompkins -- Hype getting out of control. Avoid at rising ADP.
100. Kenny Britt -- Has unstable knee, low-percentage QB on run-first team.
101. Bryce Brown -- McFadden-like talent not assured Eagles No. 2 RB job.
102. Kyle Rudolph -- Great red-zone target with low receptions & yardage.
103. Jared Cook -- Big-play-dependent TE will always disappoint in fantasy.
104. Eli Manning -- Weak Giants defense will work to Eli's box-score benefit.
105. Emmanuel Sanders -- Has some WR3 appeal, but Wheaton is better.
106. Darrius Heyward-Bey -- Starter in explosive passing attack. Has value.
107. Mark Ingram -- Low-ceiling RB3/flex option; a misfit for Saints offense.
108. Alshon Jeffery -- Had great preseason & Marshall's hip raises his value.

109. Rueben Randle -- Upside WR4 behind brittle Nicks.
110. Knowshon Moreno -- Better investment than Hillman.
111. DeAndre Hopkins -- Concussion woes concerning.
112. Christine Michael -- RB1 if M. Lynch misses time.
113. Jay Cutler -- Marshall? Recommended QB2 for now.
114. Cordarrelle Patterson -- Needs to earn more snaps.
115. BenJarvus Green-Ellis -- Bernard will make Law Firm fantasy-irrelevant.
116. Ben Roethlisberger -- PIT may have to lean on pass more than planned.
117. Dwayne Allen -- Quiet threat for 80 grabs in one of NFL's best young Os.
118. Roy Helu -- See Michael & replace Marshawn Lynch with Alfred Morris.
119. Martellus Bennett -- Falling after disappointing preseason; just a TE2.
120. Markus Wheaton -- Must overtake Emmanuel Sanders for WR3 viability.

121. Coby Fleener -- Like his talent & situation, but had a nightmare August.
122. Sidney Rice -- Just a low-ceiling WR4. More value in TD-heavy leagues.
123. Ronnie Hillman -- Change-of-pace back with major ball security issues.
124. Lance Moore -- WR4 with some WR3 start-ability during the bye weeks.
125. Joique Bell -- Fantasy's most underrated handcuff. Draft in all leagues.
126. Jacquizz Rodgers -- Will be PPR RB2 if 30-year-old S-Jax breaks down.
127. Quinton Patton -- Very good-looking young player worthy of WR5 stash.
128. Zach Sudfeld -- Back-end TE1 until Gronk returns; rest is up in the air.
129. Denarius Moore -- Flatlining player with low-percentage quarterback play.
130. Mike Tolbert -- Has some TD-heavy appeal with J-Stew on the PUP list.
131. Antonio Gates -- Lacks elite upside, but could be a reliable low-end TE1.
132. Carson Palmer -- Underrated QB2. Pass-first O, talented wideout corps.

133. Kendall Wright -- Not a starter before sustaining August 17 knee sprain.
134. Isaac Redman -- Expected to be Steelers lead RB until Le'Veon returns
135. Jeremy Kerley -- Like him as PPR flier in talent-starved Jets WR corps.

136. Michael Bush -- Every-week fantasy starter if Matt Forte misses games.

137. Jonathan Dwyer -- Likely RBBC back with Redman, Stephens-Howling.
138. Fred Jackson -- Losing juice, but Spiller handcuff in RB-friendly offense.
139. Shonn Greene -- Pace change/GL vulture could sneakily score 6-8 TDs.
140. Brandon LaFell -- Pedestrian WR5 lacks difference-making on-field skills.
141. Julius Thomas -- Fourth option in pass game destined for ups & downs.
142. Andre Roberts -- Will play the T.Y. Hilton role in Arians' Arizona offense.
143. Rod Streater -- Like Streater much less with Terrelle Pryor under center.
144. Kenny Stills -- Impressive youngster still fifth in race for Brees' passes.
145. Sam Bradford -- Solid QB2 pick has best supporting cast of NFL career.
146. Justin Blackmon -- Will offer every-week WR3 potential after suspension.
147. Brandon Myers -- Sneaky back-end PPR TE1 in tight end-friendly system.
148. Andy Dalton -- Very limited talent, but one of NFL's top supporting casts.
149. Nate Washington -- Don't be surprised if he leads Titans in catches again.
150. Kendall Hunter -- Frank Gore's handcuff has looked sharp in August.
