Silo fire at La Crosse Milling

COCRANE, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – The Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office says no one is hurt after a silo fire. They say around 9:15 last night (5/12/24) they got a report that a fire had broken out at La Crosse Milling ON Highway 35. When crews arrived, they found smoke and fire in an oat silo. The building was evacuated with no injuries reported. The cause of the fire is believed to be from a piece of machinery that overheated.

The founder of the spyware app pcTattletale said his company is "out of business and completely done" following a data breach over the weekend.
