Juvenile in custody after firing shot during Harrisburg Police pursuit

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A juvenile was arrested Wednesday after a shooting in Harrisburg that police say turned into a foot pursuit.

Harrisburg Police say a 16-year-old male was seen shooting at a group around 1:45 p.m. on North 6th Street and tried to run away but was taken into custody.

There were no injuries from the shooting, police said, and the gun was recovered.
