The September issue of Esquire (which, yes, also spotlights Michael Solomonov's ability to look good in a suit) contains a feature called "The United States of Sandwiches." As part of that package, they've included a recipe for "The New Philly Cheesesteak."
It's a flank steak crostini with Boursin cheese and long-hot chimichurri.
Look, we're not saying we wouldn't eat that, but we're also not sure what it has to do with cheesesteaks. (It should be noted that this content appears to have been generated by local consulting firm The Workshop Kitchen, who should know better.)
