She's All That stars share a pic of their 'homie' status

She’s All That costars Freddie Prinze Jr. and Rachael Leigh Cook proved their friendship is still all that with a cute reunion photo.

Despite the 17-year gap since their pairing in the 1999 teen comedy, Prinze and Cook took the time to reunite for a cup of coffee. The former Zack Siler posted a picture on Twitter, below, on Thursday of the pair sweetly smiling. “When the homie @RachaelLCook wants to have coffee, you get some damn coffee! #OldFriendsNewFriends,” wrote Prinze Jr.

The ‘90s romcom followed his Zack Siler, who gets dumped before prom by his popular girlfriend. His friends, one of whom was played by Paul Walker, bet him to turn artistic nobody Laney Boggs (Cook) into prom queen. While the beginning of their relationship is rocky, with plenty of fighting, the two see the real possibilities behind their high school labels.

The playful bickering Siler and Boggs built their relationship on in the film seems to hold up today, made evident in an additional Twitter exchange over who gets to eat a brownie from their coffee rendezvous.

Both stars are staying busy since their high school days. Prinze currently voices Kanan Jarrus on the Disney XD animated series Star Wars Rebels, while Cook stars in the upcoming A Midsummer Night's Dream opposite Lily Rabe and Finn Wittrock.
