'Shahs of Sunset' star on infertility struggles: 'If you really want to empower women, then tell your story'
Shahs of Sunset star Mercedes ‘MJ’ Javid has been super-candid about her struggles with infertility. Today on The Morning Breath she revealed the reason she has been open about it, saying, “If you really want to empower women, then tell your story.”
Claudia Oshry also brought up the fact that Asa Soltan Rahmati is now claiming she got pregnant naturally with a son, even after freezing her eggs. Although Javid never confirms or denies that Rahmati did, in fact, get pregnant naturally, Javid says, “Don’t try to put on this ‘everything’s perfect’ [act]. What are we going to get from that? What am I going to get from a woman who doesn’t want to share her journey?”
