Shady crow helps police by unintentionally finding drugs
Crows are so smart that they're almost shady. They can use tools, joy ride on the back of eagles and, it turns out, find illegal drugs for you.
That's what police in Western Australia found out Tuesday when they were investigating the discovery of a bag of methamphetamine found on the ground at a service station.

As they explained on Facebook, "No one was in the immediate vicinity so they decided to check the service station CCTV to try and identify a person or vehicle responsible for the drugs."
Except it wasn't a person or vehicle. It was a shifty crow. The video shows the bird flying over to a bin next to a petrol pump, eager to fish out some food.
Which it successfully did, but not before also removing the small plastic baggy of the illicit substance. Good bird! Police seized the drugs and investigations are continuing.
See kids? They might look scary and sometimes they even steal puppies from backyards, but crows are the good guys. And as the social media manager of the Western Australia Police Facebook page has so succinctly pointed out, "drugs are bad."
