I have several friends that love to proclaim they just discovered the best hole-in-the-wall sushi restaurant in town. No one knows about it. The sushi is like nothing you have ever seen before. You are not allowed to pick your choices, that is so pedestrian, the chef will select your delicacies based upon the artistic winds of the day. You will be immediately thrown out if you ask for a California roll. Oh and don’t tell anyone, you’ll ruin it for the “in” crowd.
