SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A sexually violent predator has been released into the community, according to a statement Wednesday by the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department.

Albert Carder, a sexually violent predator, has been conditionally released by the San Diego Superior Court, officials said Wednesday. Carder was convicted of lewd and lascivious acts with a child and kidnapping dating back to 1987 and 1989.

Another sexually violent predator to be placed in East County

The sheriff’s department said he may be housed in the community of Jacumba Hot Springs and that the California Department of State Hospitals recommended his placement at 45612 Old Hwy 80.
