Severe Storm Triggers Flash Flooding in Buenos Aires Region

Heavy rain brought on by “intense” storms triggered flooding in parts of Buenos Aires province on March 12, according to Argentina’s meteorological agency.

Footage filmed by Jonathan Gunch shows floodwaters in Valentin Alsina, a city on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, on Tuesday.

One person was found dead in the city on Tuesday, local media reported, as downpours caused flight delays and traffic disruption.
