Several hurt in blasts near Turkish-Syrian border

ANKARA, Turkey (AP) — A local official says several people have been injured by at least two explosions near Turkey's border with Syria.

Huseyin Sanverdi, the mayor of the border town of Reyhanli, told Haberturk television that one of explosions on Saturday occurred near the municipality building while the other was close to a post office building. He would not say what caused the blasts.

State-run television TRT said several people were injured in the explosions.
