UPDATE: Seventh Street and Victory Street intersection in downtown Little Rock open after water break repair
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The intersection of Seventh Street and Victory Street in downtown Little Rock has been opened back up after crews worked to repair a broken pipe.
Officials with Central Arkansas Water said a water main break happened Tuesday and damaged the street at the intersection.

Around 5 p.m. crews had opened the intersection back up for road traffic.
