Serena, Federer join Grande at Open's Kids' Day

NEW YORK (AP) — Defending U.S. Open women's champion Serena Williams and former champions Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic will get in the groove with singer Ariana Grande and other performers at the 18th annual Arthur Ashe Kids' Day.

The Aug. 24 event, held at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Flushing, N.Y., the weekend before tennis' last Grand Slam of the year, features exhibition matches along with live music. Besides Grande, who has the hit "The Way" with rapper Mac Miller, performers will include Austin Mahone, Coco Jones, the group Lawson and the duo Cazzette.

The event is broadcast on CBS and proceeds go toward different charitable groups.
