Selena Gomez 'would be crushed' if Hailey Baldwn and Justin Bieber get married, report says

Selena Gomez hasn't publicly commented on ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber's engagement to Hailey Baldwin, and while fans patiently wait to know what she really thinks, a report from HollywoodLife.com claims she'd be "crushed" if they actually went through with marriage.

Now before we even get into this, it's worth pointing out that this is a 'source' report, and we know as well as you do whether that makes it reliable. OK? Good.

SO, since Justin and Hailey announced their engagement to the world last month, Selena has been completely schtum about how she feels. There was one report that claimed she was 'surprised it had happened so quickly', while another added that she and Justin were 'on different paths right now' and 'hadn't spoken for months'.

According to a new insider, though, she feels differently, and actually doesn't want the wedding to go ahead, because she hoped she and Justin would eventually end up together.

"Selena is quietly, secretly hoping and praying that Justin never goes through with his marriage to Hailey," a source told HollywoodLife.com. "The times Selena was most happy in life were days when she was with Justin, and she always thought she would be the one marrying him, not Hailey."

"Selena can’t help but feel like the longer Justin and Hailey stay engaged the less likely they will actually get married," the source added. Selena fears a marriage between Justin and Hailey would crush her."
