Seismologists: Alaska earthquake felt in Anchorage


ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — Seismologists say a minor earthquake struck in Alaska, jolting the state's largest city.

The Alaska Earthquake Information Center says the 3.5 magnitude quake hit at 3 p.m. Sunday and was felt in Anchorage.

The earthquake was located 34 miles northwest of Anchorage.

There are no immediate reports of damage.
