See where, when the third ALDI store in Baton Rouge will open
BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – ALDI aims to open its newest store in Baton Rouge this fall, according to Loxley Division Vice President Heather Moore.
It will be located at 8503 Airline Highway. The discount supermarket chain announced in March that it would open another store in Baton Rouge this year.
When ALDI opens its Airline Highway location, there will be 15 stores in Louisiana. There will be three in Baton Rouge, Moore said.
ALDI has two locations in Baton Rouge, at 10201 N. Reiger Road and 2385 O’Neal Lane.
Moore said construction on the store has not begun yet.
“At this time, we have not yet begun construction on our future Baton Rouge site but plan to begin so in the coming months. After breaking ground and kicking off construction, we’ll continue to stay close with updates on the Grand Opening date, expected this fall.”
ALDI also announced that they aim to open 800 stores in the United States by the end of 2028.
