Section of U.S. 219 to be resurfaced
May 9—GRANTSVILLE — A section of U.S. Route 219 near Grantsville will be resurfaced beginning May 14, the Maryland Department of Transportation said. The work should be completed by May 17, weather permitting.
Traffic will be detoured to U.S. 219 Business and back to U.S. 219 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Keystone Lime Co. of Fort Hill, Pennsylvania, will complete the work and utilize signs, flaggers and barrels to guide drivers through the construction zone.
