Second teen charged with homicide for North Nashville apartment shooting

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A second teenager has been arrested on a homicide charge for a March shooting at a North Nashville apartment complex.

According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, Dazmane Moore, 17, is charged as a co-defendant in the March 8 murder of Gregory Manning II, 20, inside an apartment at Villas of Metro Center on Ponder Place.

Homicide investigation after man shot in North Nashville apartment

Moore and Marickus Ladd, 18, are alleged to have pulled guns during an argument with Manning, shooting and killing him.

Police said the investigation shows Manning went to the apartment at Ladd’s request. Ladd was arrested March 19 on a criminal homicide charge. Moore was booked at the juvenile detention center.
