Second Chance Prom to be held at Cactus Hotel

SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — Opens Arms Advocacy Center is gearing up to host its Second Chance Prom at the Cactus Hotel in downtown San Angelo on April 6.

Adults 18 years and older will get the chance to put on their best dress and re-create their prom experience from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. during the event.

D’Lyn Culp shared with Concho Valley Homepage staff that this evening is intended to share a second chance and positive chance that people deserve while reliving their high school prom night, whether they did not get the opportunity to go, didn’t have a date struggled with their identity at that time or went with someone that was not their choice.

“This prom gives you the opportunity to make new magical memories with friends and loved ones,” Culp shared. “This is a chance to wear your best formal wear and have the prom night you always wanted!”
