Search continues for person who shot four teens, killing one

RIVERVIEW, Mo. — A quadruple shooting on Sunday night left 15-year-old Corian Edwards dead and three other teens injured. The violence occurred near an apartment complex on Toelle Lane, where at least 30 gunshots were reported.

All victims, aged between 15 and 17, were in their car at the time of the shooting. Investigators report that of the three teens who survived the shooting, one is in critical condition with life-threatening injuries, while the other two sustained less severe injuries.

St. Louis County Police, leading the investigation, have not disclosed any motives or suspect information yet. Riverview Mayor Mike Cornell tells the St. Louis Post Dispatch that the shooting may be gang-related. This is the city’s fourth murder this year.

As the community reels from this incident, authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward and contact the County Police or CrimeStoppers at 866-371-TIPS. Tips can be given anonymously, and there may be a reward for valuable information.
