TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — The son of Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is the subject of a federal investigation over alleged sex trafficking, is facing his own allegations of sexual assault, NBC News reports.

The suit, filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleges Christian Combs, 26, sexually assaulted a woman in late December 2022 while she worked on a boat charter.

Christian Combs is accused of sexual assault, sexual harassment and infliction of emotional distress in the lawsuit. Sean Combs is being sued for premises liability as the person who chartered the yacht and for aiding and abetting his son in the alleged assault, NBC News reports.

“Like father, like son,” attorney Tyrone Blackburn, who is representing the woman, said Thursday night after the suit was filed. “It gives us no joy or pleasure in filing this suit against Christian Combs who has clearly adopted his father’s pattern and practice of depravity.”

The suit says Christian Combs drugged and assaulted the woman, and includes audio clips the woman says are evidence of her denying Combs as he groped her. She was 25 at the time of the alleged assault.

The woman claimed in the suit that she worked from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. providing dinner and drinks on the yacht, and that she witnessed partying and drug use between a “constant rotation of suspected sex workers” and celebrities, NBC News said. The suit also alleges the drinks may have been drugged as women began to pass out and panic after just one drink.

The suit claims Christian Combs joined the party to record in the yacht’s makeshift studio and that he arrived heavily intoxicated. Combs allegedly pressured the woman to take shots with him, becoming more aggressive and insisting she drink more.

The woman alleges Combs then groped her legs, breasts, and other private areas.

“Excuse me, you don’t touch my legs like that. I’ll move my legs where I want to,” The woman is heard saying in the recording detailed in the suit, according to NBC News. “If I want to do this, then I will. You don’t touch my legs like that.”

After leaving the makeshift studio, Combs allegedly found her later and insisted she find him a place to sleep. After taking Combs to the yacht cinema where an extra sleeping area was set up, Combs allegedly groped her, took off his clothes, and tried to force the woman to perform sexual acts on him but was ultimately interrupted by someone else walking into the room, the suit claims.

The woman claims she complained to the yacht captain the next day, but he did not believe her and did not investigate the alleged assault. The suit also says the captain retaliated against the woman until she was fired in May 2023.

The suit claims the woman suffered panic attacks and severe suicidal ideations which led to her developing an eating disorder and epileptic seizures, NBC News said.

This suit is the first to accuse Christian Combs, who’s father Sean is facing sexual assault allegations by multiple women. Combs’ properties in Los Angeles and Miami were raided on March 25.

“There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations,” Aaron Dyer, one of Sean Combs’ attorneys, said. “Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.”
