President Biden visits Scranton

SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — President Joe Biden is visiting the Electric City Tuesday.
The president is scheduled to arrive at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport around 1:00 p.m. and then give a speech at the Scranton Cultural Center at 2:00 p.m.
After the speech, President Biden will proceed to another campaign event in Scranton around 5:10 p.m.
Preparations for President Biden’s to visit Scranton underway
President Biden is scheduled to stay in Scranton overnight before heading to Pittsburgh on Wednesday.
Drivers should be aware of rolling roadblocks and road closures between the airport and downtown Scranton throughout the day.
