SC man charged by SLED with Accessory After the Fact to Murder

EDGEFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WJBF) – A South Carolina man has been charged by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) with Accessory After the Fact to Murder.

According to the arrest warrant, Roscoe Pough, Jr. did knowingly and willfully assist the co-defendent/suspect, Quenell Marquis Anderson, in the murder of the victim, whose name was redacted from the warrant.

The warrant also states that the shooting happened in the outside common area of May Street in Johnston, South Carolina, and after the shooting, Anderson was observed getting into Pough’s 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche and leaving the scene.

According to SLED, Pough was charged on Monday, March 4th and was booked at the Edgefield County Detention Center.
