Sayre man arrested on 66 felony counts of drug possession

SAYRE, Pa. (WETM) — A Sayre man was arrested in April after police say a search of his house revealed a working meth lab.

According to the Bradford County Drug Task Force, Sean Hall was arrested on Thursday, April 11, after a warrant was granted to search his home on Linden Street in Sayre.

Court documents say that Hall was operating a meth lab inside of his home with a large number of materials and substances to make meth.

Documents say that Hall was arrested on the charges of 66 felony drug counts.

  • Four felony counts of operating a meth lab

  • Two felony counts of endangering the welfare of a child

  • 36 felony counts of possessing a substance used to make meth.

  • 19 felony counts of attempting to possess a substance used to make meth.

  • Four felony counts of disposing of chemical waste.

  • One count of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver.

Hall was also charged with 74 misdemeanor counts.

  • 36 counts of pressing a substance with intent to make meth.

  • 19 counts of attempting to own a substance with the intent to make meth.

  • 18 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

  • One count of possession of a controlled substance.

Following his arrest Hall was processed in court and taken to the Bradford County Correctional Facility on $500,000 bail.
