Sasha Pieterse is all over Pinterest planning her “whimsical rustic” wedding, and now we’re dying to see photos
Wedding bells will soon be ringing for this Pretty Little Liars star! Ahead of her big day, Sasha Pieterse revealed that Pinterest is helping with her wedding planning — because Pinterest is basically a giant wedding board.
Pieterse got engaged to Hudson Sheaffer in December 2015, and she finally has time to plan the big day. While we are still SO sad that Pretty Little Liars is ending, we couldn’t be happier for the star.
Now that Pieterse has had a break from playing Alison DeLaurentis and running from A, she’s focused on the wedding.
The first place the 21-year-old actress turned for inspiration was, of course, her Pinterest account.

“I can put my Pinterest board to use,” Pieterse told People at PaleyFest over the weekend. As for what her board entails, she revealed she plans on having a “whimsical rustic” vibe.
When it comes to her gorgeous blonde locks, Pieterse was very opinionated. “I’m going to keep long hair, for sure,” she explained.
Even though the couple have been engaged for over a year, planning is still a bit of a surprise.
“[It’s] really surreal, but I’m glad that my fiancé Hudson and I are on the same page,” she told the publication. “We have the same style, so it makes it really simple, really easy.”

In addition to having her fiancé there to get help from, Pieterse has turned to a fellow Liar for inspiration and ideas.
PLL star, Troian Bellisario married her longtime love, Patrick J. Adams in December 2016. Her gorgeous wedding day has definitely been on Pieterse’s mind while planning.
The two ladies “shared a lot of inspiration with each other,” she said.
Despite their shared wedding ideas, these two ladies are very different. In fact, Pieterse already has a lot of ideas that won’t mirror Bellisario in any way…including the dress.
“I want a low back, I want really thin straps, detailed bodice. So still very simple, but got those little accents that’ll make it pop,” she said.
Unlike her co-star, who had a whole weekend wedding, Pieterse is considering having two different ceremonies.

“We’re considering doing both,” she said when asked if they would have a local or destination wedding. “Yeah, we’ll see. Definitely something here for tons of friends and family.”
No matter what these two lovebirds decide, it sounds wonderful. Congrats again to the happy couple, we can’t wait to see you say, “I do!”
