Santa Rosa man arrested for illegally storing multiple firearms in storage unit

(BCN) — A Santa Rosa resident was arrested Tuesday for allegedly storing multiple firearms illegally in a storage unit, police said.

According to Santa Rosa police, their detectives conducted a follow-up to a previous investigation that led to the seizure of various narcotics and several firearms in February, and learned a resident had two storage units rented to him in the 4400 block of Sonoma Highway in Santa Rosa.

Police said the Sonoma County Superior Court ordered the 37-year-old resident, Cameron Glover, to submit to a warrantless search and seizure upon his release from jail after his initial arrest in February.

He was transported and booked into the Sonoma County Jail for suspected crimes such as prohibited person in possession of a firearm, possession of an assault weapon, prohibited person in possession of ammunition, and possession of a short-barreled rifle.
