How did teams from the AFC West Division fare during Week Three of the NFL season and how it relates to the San Diego Chargers…

The San Diego Chargers fell on the road in Indianapolis Sunday, but have a great opportunity to rebound at home next week. Unfortunately, injury struck again as the defense will be without linebacker Manti Te’o for the remainder of the season following an Achilles injury.

There were no divisional games on the schedule for Week Three, but the Chargers were the only team to not record a victory. San Diego needs a win next week in order to keep pace with their difficult division.

San Diego returns home and faces a struggling New Orleans team that typically doesn’t play as well on the road. With the only home game for the AFC West next week the Chargers will be looking to keep pace in the division. Denver will be in Tampa facing an improved Buccaneers team and Oakland visits Baltimore, but could be difficult wins on the road. The Chiefs face Pittsburgh on Sunday night in another tough matchup.
