San Angelo ISD prepares for graduations and summer programs

SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — As the academic year draws to a close, the San Angelo Independent School District is gearing up for its graduation ceremonies and summer programs.

SAISD graduations are set to take place at various locations starting Friday, May 23. The ceremonies will be held at the McNease Convention Center for Central High School graduates, the ASU Junell Center/Stephens Arena for Lake View High School graduates, and the Foster Communications Coliseum for all ceremonies. The commencement for Lake View High School is scheduled for Saturday, May 25, at 11:45 am.

For those unable to attend in person, SAISD will be live-streaming all ceremonies on the district website at www.saisd.org/graduation. Additionally, recordings of the ceremonies will be available on the district’s YouTube channel and will be broadcast on SAISDTV, Optimum.

In addition to graduation festivities, SAISD is also offering summer program opportunities for students. Details about summer lunch programs and other activities can be found on the district’s website.
