Wall ISD faculty member arrested again on US Marshal hold

SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — A 33-year-old man from San Angelo who served as an assistant band director in the Wall School District was arrested again on a U.S. Marshal hold after being released on a $45,000 bond following his arrest on Tuesday for allegedly soliciting minors online.

Identified as Joshua Carroll, the man was reported to have sent sexually explicit communications to multiple female students, prompting administrators to alert authorities. Investigations revealed that Carroll targeted underage students.

Though he was released on bond after his initial arrest, he was booked once again into the Tom Green County Detention Center on May 15 with a U.S. Marshal hold placed on him.

Carroll has been released once more as of May 16 at 7:13 a.m.
