Badass abolitionist Harriet Tubman is set to join Andrew Jackson on the $20 bill, and everyone is cheering, right? Not so, said Samantha Bee on Monday night's episode of Full Frontal.

Instead, Bee said, some Republicans are condemning the decision as disrespectful to the former president — and those are the tamest opposers. Reminder: Tubman isn't even replacing Jackson on the bill. She's just joining him.

And Bee is having none of this dissent. "[Andrew Jackson] was not a founding father; he was a genocidal prick who forced the relocation of non-whites and fomented populist rebellion, kind of like a Donald Trump with better hair," she said, referring to Jackson's Native American removal policy (a.k.a. the Trail of Tears).

Still, Tubman's appearance on the 20 is a landmark move for U.S. currency. "Finally, a black woman making a white man move to the back," Bee said.
