Salisbury, Pocomoke players win big in Md. Lottery, and latest on Powerball, Mega Millions

A trio of Lower Shore players have a lot to be thankful for in the Maryland Lottery's latest slate of big winners, including a $50,000-winning ticket sold in Salisbury.

Here are the Lower Shore's big winners, plus the latest on the big Powerball and Mega Millions jackpots.

Three Lower Shore players win big in Maryland Lottery

This week's biggest winner from the Lower Shore was a $50,000-winning ticket in the $50,000 Cash game sold at the North Salisbury Exxon at 2403 North Salisbury Blvd.

There were also two $10,000 winners from the Lower Shore this week, a Snow Globe 7s ticket sold at the Walmart at 2132 Snow Hill Road in Pocomoke City and an Ultimate Cash ticket sold at Country Farm, 821 Priscilla St. in Salisbury.

The weeks' biggest winner in all of Maryland was a Mega Multiplier FAST PLAY ticket worth $100,000 purchased over the Thanksgiving weekend in Sykesville. The ticket remains unclaimed as of Nov. 27.

Powerball jackpot keep rising, next drawing is Monday night

The most recent Powerball drawing was Monday, Nov. 27, 2023, and here are the winning numbers: 2-21-38-61-66, and power ball of 12.

With no winner of the big jackpot, it now rises to $374 million, with a cash option of $173.5 million. The next drawing is set for 11 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2023.

Mega Millions jackpot rises past $330 million with no big winner

The Mega Millions drawing of Friday, Nov. 24, 2023, had no jackpot winner. The winning numbers were 6-15-45-59-68, with a Mega Ball of 1.

With no winner of the big jackpot, it rose to $335 million, with a cash option of $135.1 million. A drawing was held at 11 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2023, and the next will be held on Friday, Dec. 1, 2023.
