Sacramento Metro Fire crews save kitten stuck in Tesla for four days

(FOX40.COM) — A kitten that was stuck in a Tesla for four days was recently saved by firefighters with Sacramento Metro Fire, the agency said on social media.

“Truck 50 was called out for a kitten stuck in a Tesla in south Sacramento,” the agency said. “The kitten had been in the vehicle for four days and refused to come out.”

Images posted to Facebook show firefighters investigating the car and planning ways to remove the kitten safely.

After some extensive mechanic work, Metro Fire said it managed to remove the kitten from the car without injury, took it back to the fire station to provide some milk, and gave it to Sacramento Animal Services for adoption.

Sacramento Metro Fire added that it put the car back together before leaving the scene.
