As for Julianne, the 24-year-old former "Dancing with the Stars" pro has been on a whirlwind publicity tour of late for her new film with Josh Duhamel, "Safe Haven." She and her "DWTS" pro brother, Derek Hough, are also working a ballroom dance-themed drama for Starz, titled "Blackpool" (in reference to the legendary dance competition held in England).

Back in February 2012, Julianne spoke out about her relationship with Ryan and the struggle to make time for each other in spite of their bustling careers.

"It's a hard thing to do, especially when you're so caught up in your work and bettering yourself," the actress told Parade magazine at the time, when asked how she and Ryan balance love and careers. "It does get hard because you're so focused on that, but I think at the end of the day you have to find a balance with what's really important.

"I'm so lucky that I have a great relationship," she continued. "I'm very blessed and I don't take anything for granted. I think if you alienate people and just focus on your work then it just becomes lonely and it's not fun anymore."
