While I write about the top six power play leaders in ice time each week, there are some players who are very productive in limited time. Now some players like James Neal, Mark Giordano and Jeff Skinner would be on this list if they hadn’t been hurt, there are still a few who are doing quite well through the first third of the season.

Ryan Murray has taken over alongside Wisniewski on the first power play point, relegating Johnson to the second unit. Johansen is emerging as the star player that was predicted of him when he was drafted fourth overall in the 2010 Draft.
