Russia's Putin says Obama administration does not stick to any deals

KRASNAYA POLYANA, Russia (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday it was hard for him to work with the current U.S. administration because it did not stick to any agreements, including on Syria. Putin said he was ready to engage with a new president however, whoever the American people chose, and to discuss any problem.
