Russians shoot dead civilian driver delivering food to border villages in Ukraine’s Chernihiv Oblast, officials report

A 33-year-old man was shot dead in a Russian attack on a civilian car near the border in the Novhorod-Siverskyi district of Ukraine’s northern Chernihiv Oblast, regional governor Vyacheslav Chaus and the national police reported on Telegram April 13.
The car caught fire and the driver, who was reportedly delivering food to residents of border villages, was fatally wounded.
