Russians hit Vovchansk district with cluster munitions, wounding head of Vovchansk Military Administration

Russian forces attacked a village in Vovchansk hromada of Kharkiv Oblast with cluster munitions on 16 May [a hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]. This attack injured medics, drivers and Tamaz Hambarashvili, Head of the Vovchansk City Military Administration.

Details: The Russians reportedly struck when volunteers and civilian emergency services were working in the village.
