Quote: "In the villages of Olhivka and Tokarivka, the occupiers blew up mobile communication towers of Ukrainian operators.

People are also being warned about the introduction of a curfew during the day. The curfew is expected to be extended for the covert deployment of new forces to the right bank."

Details: At the same time, the Russian occupiers are sending SMS messages to the residents of Kherson Oblast who use the mobile communication services of Russian operators. They inform the locals about the alleged intention of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to carry out a massive artillery attack on civilian infrastructure, which is why it is necessary to evacuate to the left bank [of the Dnipro River - ed.].

According to the Defence Intelligence, there is a high risk that the occupiers will carry out provocative attacks on residential areas in the coming days to accuse the Ukrainian defence forces.

In addition, the intelligence reports that for three days, convoys of military equipment of the Russian Armed Forces have been moving through the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant from the village of Kozatske in the direction of the village of Tsukury (from the right to the left bank of the Dnipro River). The intelligence reports that most of the vehicles are tent trucks and civilian vehicles packed with looted property. In addition to household appliances, the occupiers are massively taking out plastic double-glazed windows.

There is mass looting in the settlements on the right bank. In particular, in the Beryslav district, the occupiers are methodically robbing private houses, shops and warehouses. The property of the Beryslav substation of the district power grid (machinery, equipment, appliances, repair materials) has been completely looted.

According to the Defence Intelligence, in the village of Lubymivka, the Russian military is seizing almost all available vehicles: buses, cars, and trucks. Local service stations and vehicle fleets have been completely looted.

A reconnaissance of the area is being carried out along the mouth of the Dnipro River. All documentation has been removed from the local councils of the settlements located along the Dnipro River. The commandant's offices of the occupiers have been equipped on the premises [of the local councils - ed.].
