Russians banned mass events in occupied part of Luhansk Oblast, regional governor Artem Lysohor reported in Telegram on April 28.

“From now on, every event where more than 50 people are planning to gather requires permission of local FSB branches, Ministry of Internal Affairs, and military commandant's office," he said.

"So it will be available only for selected few."
