Russian suicide drone reached Ternopil Oblast and hit infrastructure facility

Russia conducted UAV attack in Ukraine tonight, as a result a fire broke out at an infrastructure facility in the Kremenets district of Ternopil Oblast, Ternopil Oblast Military Administration reported on Telegram on March 12.

It is noted that there were no deaths or injuries as a result of the attack.

19 units of special equipment, 73 personnel and a tactical robot were involved in extinguishing the fire.

Elimination of the fire is still ongoing.

According to the Ternopil Oblast State Administration, electricity and gas supply was suspended in the nearest village to the damaged infrastructure facility during the attack. As of 7:00 a.m., the power supply was restored, and an emergency response headquarters was set up in Kremenets district.

On March 12, Russia launched 22 strike drones at Ukraine. Air defense forces destroyed 17 of them.
