Russian media outlet RTVI has released photographs providing an inside view of the office of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media, located in the Moscow-City business center, after it was struck by what Russia claims was a Ukrainian drone.

The office suffered extensive damage during a nighttime drone attack on Moscow in the early hours of July 30.

The attack occurred on the night of July 30 and targeted buildings within the IQ Quarter of Moscow-City, where various Russian ministry offices are situated. The aftermath of the strike resulted in debris and documents from the damaged building being scattered onto the streets.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has accused Ukraine of orchestrating the attack and asserted that they successfully “repelled the assault.” The Russian authorities typically claim that they managed to shoot down all attacking drones, or disable them with electronic warfare systems.

Kyiv has not yet issued a response, but Ukraine typically declines to claim responsibility for attacks on Russia.
