Russian launched missiles at private homes in Kharkiv, at least 10 residences damaged

Russia attacked private houses near Kharkiv on May 1, Kharkiv mayor, Ihor Terekhov, reported.
At least 10 private homes were damaged in the attack, though there was no initial information about casualties, Kharkiv Regional Military Administration head, Oleh Synehubov, said.

Kharkiv's Kyivsky district was targeted in the attack.
The Ukrainian Air Force earlier warned of Russian launches of guided aviation bombs by tactical aircraft in the Kharkiv Oblast.
Russia attacked Kharkiv with precision-guided munitions, striking the city’s Kyivsky and Kholohirsky districts on the morning of April 30.
Initially, there were reports of two fatalities, but Synehubov later said that information about the second victim was not confirmed.
Nine people were injured in that Russian strike.
Russian shelling of Kharkiv and Kharkiv Oblast
Russia has stepped up its attacks on Kharkiv and its Oblast.
Russian forces launched missile strikes on the Saltivsky district on the night of April 27, targeting a regional psychiatric hospital and a medical complex in the city.
Families with children are being evacuated from 47 frontline settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast, Synehubov has said.

Russians changed tactics and are now conducting double strikes on the same location, hoping to maim Ukraine's emergency workers, Synehubov has said.
After the most massive Russian attack on the power grid on March 22, Kharkiv was left almost entirely without electricity. Scheduled power outages remain in effect in the Oblast.
Russia has intensified its strikes on Kharkiv because the Kremlin aims to make this city uninhabitable, turning it into a "gray zone," American media reports indicate.
